Embracing Nyepi
Nyepi is the traditional Balinese Hindu holiday of silence, introspection and meditation.

It marks the beginning of the Balinese New Year and locals honour this tradition by having 24hrs of enforced inactivity, limited use of lights and minimal noise.

As the whole of the island is effectively shut for 24hrs and you are not allowed to leave your residency, it is the perfect opportunity to retreat and bond with others.

During the retreat we like to pay our respects and honour this Balinese tradition.
For the Nyepi day, March 11th, we will have more restful, meditative and quiet activities, to find deeper more meaningful connections with ourselves and each other.

AcroSpirit approach
AcroSpirit’s approach to the practice and teachings of Acroyoga goes far beyond the physical skills!
We see Acroyoga as a beautiful pathway to greater connection, communication, teamwork, trust, empathy, support, friendship and play.
Together we grow, learn and share this incredible practice with each other to reach new heights both figuratively and literally!
We strongly stand for unity, inclusiveness and empowering each other to rise together beyond our individual limits.
Through Acroyoga we become more than a community, we become a family.
