Funny Fails Challenge Episode Out Now!

I'm not usually one to blow my own trumpet. But our latest episode of The Acroyoga Show is by far the best we've made!


It's so funny, filled with fails and constant laughter.

Sheryl and I took on an Acroyoga challenge that Brent set us and it really was so fun!

You'll have to watch to find out if we completed the poses, how many times we fell, and all the other ridiculousness!


The challenge was inspired by @acrowithjon an Acroyoga influencer on Instagram.

We edited the episode so that you can join in and try yourself at home or wherever you are.

Just pause the video and try some of the poses, but be warned they are not easy haha!

We had so much fun making this episode that we will probably do more in this challenge format.

What's up gang? I'm here working hard to come up with a challenge for Caspian and Sheryl, I've come up with a Instagram replication challenge inspired by @acrowithjohn.


He's got such an amazing contents. So we're gonna take some of these poses and see if they can replicate them. Sheryl and Caspian don't know what the challenge is about. There's no preparation.


They can't check beforehand how to do it, gonna give it to him on the spot the end of the day, we can all have some laughs together. Let's see if they got it. Alright guys, ready for a challenge?

Do you want to call Veto? Yeah, I don't think without a spotter as well. Yeah, we're gonna we're gonna cancel that one. We're both Acro teachers, and we're a little bit experienced. So we understand what our limits are and what is safe or not safe for us to be practising.
