Caspian Burrell and Laura Ilona are the Lead Teachers guiding this training.
They are both professional yoga teachers, with backgrounds in martial arts, and are incredibly skilled and passionate when it comes to Acroyoga.
Caspian is the founder of AcroSpirit and his aim in teaching is to introduce this practice to more people, and pass on the many benefits and joys it has brought into his life, to others.
Laura also loves sharing the joy and connection that acro brings, and she utilises her professional teaching knowledge and excellent communication skills to great effect.

CERTIFICATION
As part of your training, you will be required to demonstrate an Acroyoga sequence or series of poses and movements with your fellow students.
You will have a short written examination focussed on techniques, alignment, and Acro theory topics such as safety, communication, and anatomy.
Successful graduates of the course will receive a certification of completion which is accredited as 50hrs continued education credits with Yoga Alliance.
We believe that whether your intention is to eventually teach Acro, to become more advanced in Acroyoga, or just to deepen your connection, communication and friendships. This training and experience will allow you to unlock all of that and more!
EXPERIENCE LEVEL
This training is open to, and suitable for students of all levels, even those with NO previous experience in Acroyoga.
Beginners and Intermediate Acroyogis will be able to learn a lot from this training, as we dive deep into alignment, techniques, refining the basics, and also giving focus to communication, training partnerships and safety skills.
If you have never done Acroyoga before, this course is perfect for you as we teach from the basics up. We do recommend at least having some kind of movement practice. Such as Yoga, or any sports practice to help you get the most out of this training.

LANGUAGE
We welcome all nationalities and languages, and Acroyoga is a practice that uses non-verbal communication too!
But please be aware that all our course materials and lessons are delivered in clear and easy to understand spoken and written English.
VENUE
The training will be held at the studio of Acroyoga Vienna. They host all their acro classes, workshops and retreats in this cosy and welcoming space. The studio is equiped with comfortable puzzle mats to ensure a safe acroyoga practice. Regular yoga amenities are provided such as mats, blocks, straps and blankets. The studio is centrally located, easily accesible by public transport, and surrounded by shops and restaurants. You are walking distance away from many of Vienna's prime tourist attractions.
