IMAGINE THIS...

You wake up in the heart of Ubud, surrounded by rice fields and a cosy lively neighbourhood. After a short walk to the studio, you arrive to a training space filled with your group of acro buddies, ready to train.

Each day blends structure with freedom, giving you both guidance and space to explore.


When the day is done, your evenings are free — enjoy nearby cafes, socialise, relax in a spa, or immerse yourself in Balinese culture, everything is right at your studio doorstep.

The Training Camp will be held March 2-7 and 9-14 with a day off on March 8th. You can join for 1 or 2 weeks.

They’ll be switching between groups, so everyone will get the chance to learn from them.

CONI & MATI aka ACRO.CONCIENCIA

Coni and Mati are two movement lovers who found in acroyoga a magical way to connect. They love exploring the endless possibilities that arise when two bodies move together — searching for softness, reaching for height, and discovering new ways to flow in connection.   They are especially drawn to whipops and icarians, and enjoy blending them creatively, safely, and with joy. Beyond tricks, what truly drives them is connection — with their bodies, with each other, and with the global acroyoga community.   Traveling and sharing this practice fills their hearts. They are inspired by discovering how acro is lived and taught in different places, and by meeting people who expand their perspective. Creating spaces to learn, trust, and play together is what they love most.

PAULI & NACHO aka DUOLIQUEN

Pauli and Nacho are passionate full time  world travelers that explore the world while meeting new communities and sharing their passion for movement. Their focus on their practice is on achieving clear and smooth execution on their movements, finding the “effortless range” more than on just landing the trick it self. They specially love mixing whipops and icarians and lately they have started exploring into the possibilities of the standing acro world.  For them acro is way more than a physical practice, its a whole new way of interacting, communicating and growing alongside incredible humans!

You can join 1 of 2 groups based on your level.
Check the pre-reqs to see which group matches your skills.

The pre-reqs are required without spotters and with the partner you are signing up with (or an equivalently skilled partner). Video submission is required at sign-up.

1. INTERMEDIATE

2. ADVANCED

The training content will be focussed on Icarians, Whip-Pops and L-base F2H and H2H.

 

For this group peak skills to be covered are as follows: Rising Whips, Martinis, Front Tucks, Castaway variations, Mortalitos, Hand to Hand Entries, Foot to Foot Icarians and more (please note that this is subject to change, and may also be adjusted depending on safety and suitability).


PRE-REQS: 

  • Any f2h Lbase hold for 15 seconds

  • Handstand with wall 20 seconds

  • Tarzan Whip (reaching hoizontal - 3 in a row no video cuts)

  • Mono Rev Star

  • Rev Handspring (3 in a row no video cuts)

  • Throne to Throne Icarian (flyers feet as high as bases shins in air)

The training content will be focussed on Icarians, Whip-Pops and L-base F2H and H2H.

 

For this group peak skills to be covered are as follows: Full Mortalitos, Arabians, Front Tuck Variations, Mono F2H and H2H, Back Tucks, Dolphin, Whip 360s, Zambulidas, Russian Roll, Pirouettes and more (please note that this is subject to change, and may also be adjusted depending on safety and suitability).


PRE-REQS: 

  • Jump to L-base Low h2h and hold for 15secs

  • Tarzan to throne whip pop without spotters
    (3 in a row without cuts)

  • Castaway + Throne to Bird
    (3 in a row without coming down)

  • Rev Rising Whip

  • One Full Rotation Icarian (i.e. Front Tuck, Back Tuck, Royal Pancake or similar) with spotters for safety only

  • Throne to Bird and Back 6 in tempo

To get the most out of this training, we ask you to join with a dedicated acro partner. You’ll go through the full program together giving you the best chance to progress.

The prices below are per person and include 1 or 2 weeks (6 days per week) of Training Camp content and coaching for Intermediate or Advanced group.

REFUND POLICY
Before January 2nd 2026 you can get a full refund on your ticket (minus administrative costs and/or card/transaction/exchange rate fees.

After January 2nd 2026 we do not provide any refunds.

However you will have the option of purchasing a refund protection policy through a 3rd party organisation when purchasing your ticket. You can find the full details in the ticket portal when you go to purchase. All refunds after January 2nd 2026 must be dealt with via the 3rd party.

VENUE & FACILITIES

The training will be held in 2 spacious yoga shalas with lots of natural light. All spaces will be fully equipped with puzzle mats for safety and comfort.
 

You’ll have access to a cozy common area to rest and connect, with drinking water and facilities provided.

The venue has a delicious Indian restaurant, so you can refuel without leaving the space if desired.

 

A recovery center with sauna, ice plunge, pool, and massage services will be available on site available as extra via day pass.

STAY ON SITE

The venue offers cozy double/twin rooms and 2-bedroom apartments with kitchen and everything provided for a comfortable long stay.

The training camp venue is located in Nyuh Kuning, a quiet neighborhood of Ubud, which offers a unique balance – a central town feel close to cafes, hotels, spas and all amenities, yet bordering real jungle, calm and authentic with minimal traffic.

Just steps away, you can spot monkeys in the Monkey Forest and experience Balinese culture not far from the venue.

FAQ

What content and skills will be taught in the camp? Is content for week 1 and 2 different?

In each week the content covered will be different, the weeks are standalone, so as long as you meet the pre-reqs you can join either week 1 or 2 or both. There is designed to be a progression through each week, building from day 1 to 6 as skills layer on top of each other and progress towards harder skills at the end of the week. There will be some layering and development from week 1 to week 2, but you do not need to join week 1 to be able to join week 2.

Can i join different levels each week?

In short, no. The pre-reqs apply for both weeks, so if you sign up for intermediate with intermediate pre-reqs you cannot then join the advanced group in week 2. We will give the options for the advanced group to be able to move down to the intermediate group for specific workshops, and it may be possible for intermediates to move up and join a specific advanced workshop if they can demonstrate specific pre-reqs (these will likely be as difficult or more difficult than the ones specified for the advanced track).

How can i join only 1 week? How to choose which one and which level i want to have?

If youu can only join one week, then choose which one fits best with your schedule and availability. The weeks will offer different content, but both will offer a variety of skills, if you are still unable to decide you can reach out and ask us, and we can try to advise what will fit best for your needs.

What if I don’t meet the pre-requisites, or I meet all but one or two?

If you are short of 1 or 2 pre-reqs please contact us and let us know, we will determine on a case by case basis what is suitable and possible for you in terms of signing up and which interemdiate or advanced track you can join.

Is it easy to find accommodation close to the venue?

Yes accommodation options are plentiful in central Ubud, just check out via your usual accommodation apps or website such as booking and Airbnb and you will find many different options to suit different budgets. There’s also an option to stay directly at the training venue. We’ll send you all the details after your registration.
