Join us for a fun-filled and acro-packed retreat in Canggu, Bali.
You will spend 3 days and 2 nights in a beautiful retreat center together with our AcroYoga community, all under the guidance of our highly skilled acro teachers and retreat hosts.
During the retreat you will get 4 acroyoga workshops, daily jams and practice time, morning tea meditations, yoga classes, acro and group photos, movie night, games and activities, incredible food included, and amazing community vibes!

Acrospirit approach

What to expect
Each day will start with morning meditation and yoga practices to give your mind and body a great start to the day.
After a tasty breakfast you can enjoy an acro workshop followed by an open acro jam to try out what you learned or just play more with others!
After a long lunch break there will be more acro content for you to learn, with potentially some therapeutics or massage included for sore muscles, plus another opportunity to jam more or just chill before dinner.
Lastly in the evenings there will be fun and chill group activities like movie night, or games and time to just socialise and relax.
And you can of course choose to relax and rest instead of an activity, and go at your own pace during the retreat as you prefer.






The retreat experience
AcroSpirit has been hosting epic retreat events since 2019.
We always aim to make fun, connective, memorable retreat experiences for our community members, whilst also sharing and teaching cool acroyoga skills and flows to help you level up.
Our retreats are truly centred around acroyoga and connection.
If you come on your own then expect to make new friends and be welcomed into a community, or if you come with friends or a partner then expect to form deeper connections and trust with each other, and meet other like-minded people too.

Your retreat hosts


Ksenia & Barry
Barry and Ksenia have been teaching acroyoga together in Bali since 2021. They are part of the AcroSpirit Community in Bali that hosts beginner and intermediate acro classes at local yoga studios, training centers and yoga teacher trainings.
Barry is passionate about acro, yoga and tea! In Bali, Barry teaches regular acroyoga and yoga classes and helps to facilitate jams and retreats. Barry is also the primary teacher at Dragon Tea Temple where he shares his vast knowledge of tea and the Art of tea ceremony. With his lighthearted playfulness and professionalism you can expect to learn, laugh and have fun.
Ksenia has been living in Bali for 4 years and has been teaching acroyoga classes, trainings and workshops for the past 3 years. She loves introducing acroyoga into peoples lives and seeing how they grow from the practice. Ksenia teaches with an emphasis on precision and safety. Her fun and friendly nature helps students feel comfortable and welcomed. She loves teaching smooth flows in new, exciting ways and keeps students inspired to improve.

New skills

Something exciting
This retreat is an open level. You'll learn flows and skills suitable for beginners, but with many challenging options to challenge intermediates as well.
If you have never practiced acro before this will be a great progressive environment to come learn and be supported through your first steps.
If you are more experienced and already able to flow and fly, you will be challenged further with new skills and refinements to develop and improve your acro practice as appropriate.

Reviews

Food
Balinese cook team will make daily healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for us.
They will be happy to meet your dietary needs. Which can be requested and catered for from gluten free, vegan, vegetarian and other options.
Accommodation
We will stay at a cosy boutique hotel located on the peaceful side of Canggu called Pererenan Village, overlooking the beautiful rice fields.
We will enjoy our classes in a large yoga shala overlooking rice fields from the top floor. We'll have community evening activities in the communal space for things like movie night.
Each room comes with a beautiful ensuite bathroom, AC, filtered water, and a modern clean style.
We offer 3 kinds of rooms. Private room for 1 (double bed), shared room for 2 (double or twin beds) and our bunk room for 4 (bunk beds) if you wish to share.
