After a long lunch break there will be more acro content for you to learn, with potentially some therapeutics or massage included for sore muscles, plus another opportunity to jam more or just chill before dinner.
Lastly in the evenings there will be fun and chill group activities like bonfire night, or board games and time to just socialise and relax.
And you can of course choose to relax and rest instead of an activity, and go at your own pace during the retreat as you prefer.
